Q:  Should I pay this bill?
A:  Never pay any bills until you are certain that all appropriate insurance claims have been filed and processed correctly.  Providers often bill prematurely, even though they know your insurance is still pending.

Q: Why was my claim rejected by my primary and/or secondary insurance?
A:  Not all services are covered by all policies.  However, many reasons do exist for an inappropriately rejected claim (i.e., wrong diagnosis code submitted by provider, proper documentation not included, forms completed incorrectly, to name a few).

Q:  I can’t get anywhere with my insurance company.  How can you?
A:  After years of experience working in the medical and insurance professions, we have comprehensive knowledge of how each works.
